1- OUR FURNACES
We have in our firm 2 well type high tempering furnaces with salt bath, 2 electric temper furnaces, 1 pre-heating furnace and 1 nitration bath working 24-hour base. We have a monthly capacity of 150-ton of heat treatment in these furnaces. Our furnace dimensions are as followings;

2- SURFACE CLEANING MACHINE
It is used to have the product after heat treatment more attractive appearance. Used for cleaning the table parts and having length of up to 1600 mm and height up to 800 mm. Surface-cleansing operation are made in our table surface-cleaning machine with steel martensitic or steel bainitic balls with double turbine.

3- OIL HARDENING TANK
About 12 ton of special heat treatment oil is present in our tank. The oil in this system ensure to keep the heat at the surface continuously between 40-900C, which is our continuos working temperature, by making circulating with special mixing system to have the top oil descend downward. In addition, we also have oil heater to keep the oil temperature stay fixed. The temperatures are monitored continuously with digital heat indicator.

4- WATER HARDENING TANK
Its working system is same with oil hardening tank.

5- PHYSICAL CONTROL OF THE PARTS
To control bendable parts of those treated by heat, we have comparator system and hydraulic press to strengthen the bent parts.

6- COOLING CABIN WITH AIR
We have cooling cabin with fan for isothermic normalization and for the parts hardened by air pressure.
